Miami, FL 33127 Phone: (305) 633-8586 Fax: (305) 633-9288 New Accounts: In order to be a qualified reseller of Boa Novelty Feather Corp. products, you must have a valid Federal Tax ID number (for all U.S. based businesses), National U.S.A and Islands, Sales Tax businesses must include a copy of their Business License, and all businesses must also submit a copy of a valid Sellers Permit. International businesses must provide appropriate business license documentation. Please go to the Sign Up page to complete a New Accounts Application. ( When be available.)
Initial Order: Payments: Boa Novelty Feather Corp. accepts the following payment methods: (cashiers check or money order), credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB), and electronic funds transfer. No COD customers. Credit Terms: Boa Novelty Feather Corp. offers NET30 credit terms (including C.O.D company check payments) to existing customers in good standing. To apply for credit terms please submit a Credit Application and allow 10-15 business days to process your request. (Credit application available soon right here.)
Shipping: 1. Effective January 1, 2006 all FedEx packages, with the exception of Ground shipments, are subject to the rates based on package dimension and not based on weight: Size Minimum Weight 18x12x5 6 lbs 12x12x12 9 lbs 14x14x14 15 lbs 16x16x16 22 lbs 29x17x15 39 lbs 28x16x5 12 lbs 2. Effective January 1, 2008 FedEx will charge an additional $3.00 for any shipments that require a signature upon delivery. Please note that Boa Novelty Feather Corp., will not be held liable for any packages lost once package has been delivered to the designated address. 3. Effective January 1, 2006 FedEx charges an additional $7.00 for shipments made to home-based businesses. All orders placed before 4:00 PM (PST) will be shipped within 3 business days. Boa Novelty Feather Corp. also offers shipping upgrades including "Express Saver", "2nd Day" "Overnight", and "Priority Overnight" delivery services upon request. Order that require shipping upgrades must be submitted before 11:00 AM (PST). International accounts may provide additional freight services, if required. Cancellations Boa Novelty Feather Corp. allows cancellation within a 24 hours time period of the time the order was originally placed. Any cancellation after 24 hours of the time the order was placed will result in a 20% re-stocking fee, no exception. Returned Checks and Shipments: There is a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks. Returned checks will be given a 5 business day grace period to resolve. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, your account will be placed on hold until all payments are made and your account becomes current. If we receive more than 3 returned checks within a 6-month period your account will be put on a pre-paid basis until further notice. All refused shipments will result in a 20% restocking charge, and all future orders will he held until payment is made. Boa Novelty Feather Corp. actively reports delinquent accounts to all business credit bureaus including Dun & Bradstreet, Equifax, and Experian. Outstanding payments not paid after the 91st day of the original invoice due date will be turned over to collections. All fees associated to collection, including all attorney fees and court costs, will be considered recoverable by Boa Novelty Feather Corp. Claims, Returns, Authorization, Inquiries, and Shipping Errors: Any discrepancy in quantities shipped, damaged goods, or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 10 business days upon receipt of goods and require a Return Authorization (RA) number from our Corporate Office. Returns will not be accepted for in-store damages, or for garments which have been worn or soiled. To expedite the returns and exchange process, please print out our Return & Exchange Form and carefully follow the instructions. (Available soon right here.) Any damaged items submitted for a return will be repaired, replaced, or exchanged (for an item of equal value). Write your RA number clearly on the outside of the package, or the package will be refused by our Returns Department. We will exchange returned merchandise or issue a Credit Memo for the dollar amount within 30 business days. Backorders: Merchandise that is not in stock will be automatically cancelled from your order, unless advised otherwise. Please include any cancelled items with your next order. Intellectual Properties: All images, works of authorship (copy), graphics, and artwork (collectively known as "Creative Elements") found on our websites, catalogs, advertising, and promotional materials are exclusively owned intellectual properties of Juan Pablo Collection Inc, unless otherwise stated. The use of any of our Creative Elements requires authorization from our Corporate Office. Please contact our Corporate Office if you are interested in using our Creative Elements, a signed release form will be required. The uses of our Creative Elements are for the exclusive purpose of promoting and selling Boa Novelty Feather Corp. products ONLY. We do not permit use of our Creative Elements to promote other business or for adult related websites. Sale of any of our Creative Elements is strictly prohibited. Disputes: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without reference to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof. Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts of the County of Miami ( Dade County). Clearance, Sale, Overstock Items: All sales of clearance, sale and overstock items are FINAL. |
